Minimum order is 24 pieces per design. Most Chandler orders land between 48 and 150 pieces, which is the sweet spot for plastisol on Bella + Canvas or Next Level blanks. We also run waterbase and discharge for that soft, worn-in feel that resells well at merch tables and pop-ups. Every job comes with a digital mockup before we quote, so nothing surprises you at the invoice.
Standard production is 2–3 weeks after art approval. For Chandler high schools (Hamilton, Chandler High, Basha, Perry), club teams, and Chandler Unified staff shirts, we keep files on record and reorder in a week or less. Local pickup at the Gilbert shop is fastest; bulk delivery to Chandler is free on orders over $500.
