Mesa is heavy on trades, contractors, and service businesses, and that's exactly what most of our Mesa embroidery orders look like: Carhartt and Dickies work jackets, hi-vis polos, and Richardson 112 hats for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and roofing crews. We stitch everything at our Gilbert facility, 15 minutes from Mesa Riverview.
Minimum is 24 pieces per design. For Mesa contractors, we recommend doing an initial 48-piece run so new hires have gear waiting on day one, then setting up a reorder cadence. We can add employee names as a per-piece add-on and keep a roster on file so onboarding orders take a phone call, not a re-quote. Digitizing on your logo is a one-time setup.
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks after art approval — faster on reorders since digitized files stay on our server. Free delivery to Mesa on orders over $500; smaller pickups happen at our Gilbert shop. If you're near ASU Polytechnic or Downtown Mesa's Main Street corridor, we can usually schedule delivery around a lunch stop.
