San Tan Valley is contractor country — HVAC, electrical, landscaping, pool service, and construction crews working across Pinal and East Maricopa. Most of our SanTan embroidery orders are Carhartt jackets, Richardson 112 hats, and hi-vis polos for crews with 5 to 50 employees. Our Gilbert facility is a 25-minute run up Hunt Highway.
Minimum is 24 pieces per design. For SanTan crews, we typically stack a Carhartt or Berne work jacket order in the fall and a Richardson 112 or performance polo order in the spring. Names on the chest opposite the logo are a per-piece add-on. Digitizing is a one-time setup and files stay on our server for reorders whenever a new hire lands.
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks after art approval. Reorders on stored files ship in about a week. Delivery to San Tan Valley is included on orders over $500 — great for crews too busy to drive up to Gilbert. We've stitched enough Johnson Ranch HOA gear and Combs school staff apparel at this point to know the local blank preferences by heart.
