Tempe embroidery is split between ASU Greek life ordering monogrammed jackets and dad hats, Mill Ave bars and restaurants outfitting staff in embroidered polos and beanies, and tech companies near Tempe Town Lake running branded softshells and quarter-zips for the office. Our Gilbert shop is about 20 minutes east — we deliver into Tempe weekly.
Minimum is 24 pieces per design. For Tempe restaurants and bars, we recommend Richardson 112 or a low-profile dad hat as the go-to — both take embroidery cleanly and hold up under kitchen and bar conditions. ASU chapter orders usually pair embroidered dad hats or crewnecks with screen-printed tees; we quote both in the same PO to save on setup.
Turnaround is 2–3 weeks after art approval, faster on reorders. We handle Pantone thread matching, in-house digitizing, and physical sew-out samples for brand programs. Bulk delivery to Tempe is free on orders over $500; ASU orgs can pick up in Gilbert or coordinate a campus-adjacent drop-off at a coffee shop near Rural Rd.
