Mesa DTF work is often small-run event merch — church group tees, ASU Polytechnic student org shirts, Downtown Mesa small-business openings, and photo shirts for family gatherings. DTF is the right call when the art is full-color or photo-real and the order is under 48 pieces. We print everything at our Gilbert shop, 15 minutes from Mesa Riverview.
Minimum is 12 pieces per design. Mesa customers love DTF for mixed orders — say, 24 tees and 12 hoodies with the same design and one invoice. DTF prints run on cotton, poly, tri-blends, and performance fabrics, and hold up well through 40+ washes when you follow the care instructions we include with every order.
Turnaround is 1–2 weeks after art approval. For Mesa events with tight timelines — a memorial, a reunion, a fundraiser — DTF is our fastest path from art file to finished shirts. Free delivery to Mesa on orders over $500; local pickup happens at our Gilbert facility with plenty of parking and a real human behind the counter.
