Tempe DTF work is heavy on ASU: student orgs printing small runs of event tees, Greek life doing themed formal merch, and Mill Ave bars running short-run promo shirts for a single weekend event. Because DTF has no per-color setup fees, full-color art and photo-based designs are affordable at low piece counts — a screen-print killer for anything under about 30 shirts.
Minimum is 12 pieces per design. Mixed blanks and sizes are welcome. Tempe orgs typically ship us a photo-real logo or a full-color event graphic and get back photo-quality prints on Bella + Canvas or Next Level blanks in about 10 days. DTF also works on hats and softgoods that would be a nightmare on a screen-print press.
Turnaround is 1–2 weeks after art approval. For Tempe events (formals, showcases, homecoming, move-in week), we recommend approving art at least 2 weeks ahead. Delivery to Tempe is free on orders over $500, and pickup is available at our Gilbert shop, about 20 minutes east off the 202.
