San Tan Valley families, schools, and youth sports leagues are the biggest DTF customers we serve out there — parent tees for Combs and Poston Butte teams, small-run event shirts for Johnson Ranch community events, and photo shirts for memorials and family gatherings. DTF makes sense because piece counts are usually small and art is often full-color or photo-based.
Minimum is 12 pieces per design. SanTan customers can mix adult and youth sizes in a single order, and DTF prints hold up on cotton, poly, tri-blends, and performance fabrics — including the moisture-wicking shirts common in youth sports. There's no per-color fee, so a photo of the team costs the same to print as a one-color logo.
Turnaround is 1–2 weeks after art approval. For events with a hard date, we recommend approving art at least 2 weeks ahead so we can run a proof round. Delivery to San Tan Valley is included on orders over $500 — otherwise pickup at our Gilbert shop takes about 25 minutes up Hunt Highway to the 24.
