Chandler has a growing base of DTC apparel brands operating out of home studios near Ocotillo and the Price Corridor, and cut & sew is where those brands stop looking like blank-with-a-print operations and start looking like real product lines. We build patterns from scratch, source fabric, sample the garment, and produce it — all in Gilbert, 15 minutes from Chandler Fashion Center.

This service has real minimums. A typical Chandler cut & sew program looks like 100–500 units of a custom hoodie or crewneck with a private-label neck tag, custom drawcords, and hem trims. We do sample rounds before production — you'll see and wear the garment before we cut the full run. Fabric options include premium French terry, heavyweight fleece, and specialty tri-blends.

Sample rounds take 4–6 weeks; production is 6–10 weeks after sample sign-off. For Chandler brands, we host in-person sample fittings at our Gilbert shop so you can pin, mark, and re-spec on the actual garment. Delivery of finished production is included in the quote for orders in the East Valley.
