Tempe's proximity to ASU has produced a steady stream of student-founded apparel brands, and several of them have graduated (literally and creatively) into custom cut & sew production with us. If you're a Tempe-based brand that started with printed blanks and needs to level up to a signature garment, cut & sew is the move. Our Gilbert shop is 20 minutes east.
This isn't a 24-piece service. Realistic Tempe cut & sew programs start at 100+ units and involve fabric sourcing, custom patterning, grading across sizes, and private-label trims like woven necks and custom drawcords. Sample rounds happen before any production so you can wear the garment, mark it up, and re-spec before we commit to the full run.
Sampling runs 4–6 weeks; production is 6–10 weeks after sample approval. Tempe brands often schedule in-person sample fittings at our Gilbert shop, which is easy off the 202. For DTC brands, we can fold finished production directly into your fulfillment flow — packaged, labeled, and ready to ship.
