Mesa's creative and streetwear scene has grown fast — a lot of it clustered around Downtown Mesa's Main Street arts corridor. Brands in Mesa come to us when they've outgrown printing on Bella + Canvas blanks and want a signature silhouette: their own fit, their own fabric, their own labels. Everything is produced at our Gilbert facility, 15 minutes down the 202.
MOQs apply. A first cut & sew run for a Mesa brand usually starts at 100+ units of a custom garment with private-label tags, custom trims, and multiple size runs. Fabric sourcing, patterning, and sample rounds are all included in the timeline. We work in French terry, heavyweight fleece, twills, tri-blends, and specialty knits depending on the garment.
First sample takes 4–6 weeks. Production is 6–10 weeks after you approve the sample. For Mesa brands, we schedule in-person sample fittings at the Gilbert shop — bring your team, try the sample, and mark up any spec changes before production locks. Finished orders can be delivered to Mesa or held for local pickup.
