    Queen Creek isn't (yet) a hotbed of streetwear labels, but we've built full cut & sew programs for Queen Creek business owners launching apparel lines under gyms, coffee shops, and lifestyle brands near the Queen Creek Marketplace. Cut & sew is a serious commitment — this isn't for grand-opening tees, it's for building a real product line you plan to sell.

    MOQs are real. Cut & sew starts at higher piece counts because we're building a garment from scratch: fabric sourcing, custom patterning, grading, sample rounds, and private-label trims. Typical Queen Creek programs land at 100–300 units of a first custom garment. Standard fabrics include French terry, heavyweight fleece, and premium tri-blend jerseys.

    Sample rounds take 4–6 weeks; production is 6–10 weeks after approval. For Queen Creek brands, we host in-person fittings at our Gilbert shop, about 20 minutes northwest. Finished production is delivered to Queen Creek or held for local pickup, and we can coordinate photography of the finished garment before shipping if you need launch assets.
