Most San Tan Valley apparel work is screen print and embroidery, but occasionally a SanTan brand is ready to build something custom from scratch — a gym launching signature apparel, a lifestyle brand tied to the San Tan Mountains, or a business owner around Johnson Ranch who wants a hero garment that doesn't exist as a blank. That's when cut & sew makes sense.
This service isn't for a 24-piece order. Realistic SanTan cut & sew programs start at 100+ units per garment and include fabric sourcing, custom patterning, sample rounds, and private-label trims (woven necks, hem tags, custom drawcords). Fabric options run from heavyweight French terry to tri-blend jerseys to premium fleece.
First samples take 4–6 weeks, and full production runs 6–10 weeks after sample sign-off. For San Tan Valley brands, we schedule sample fittings at our Gilbert shop (a 25-minute drive northwest via Hunt Highway) and deliver finished production locally. We don't take on cut & sew we can't execute cleanly — if a project is a better fit for print or DTF, we'll tell you.
